Mr. Varaprasad is responsible for the design and management of roads and highways, including interchanges, intersections, and roundabouts, all executed to international standards. International experience across Australia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and India, with strong adaptability to diverse engineering standards and practices. Proven leadership in independently managing and guiding complex road/highway projects, with a focus on task planning and problem-solving. Advanced proficiency in design software such as MX, Civil 3D, Inroads, Geopak, and Storm CAD for road and storm water infrastructure design and visualization. Comprehensive knowledge of standards including AASHTO, AUSTROADS, DMRB, as well as Middle Eastern and Indian Roads Congress guidelines. Land and city development expertise with significant contributions to new city infrastructure projects. Specialized experience in traffic management, storm water drainage design and pavement design. Expertise in grading and earthwork estimations for a range of land development projects. Collaborative experience with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination with other engineering disciplines. Client-focused approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
